  I was happy with my service until today. I got a Philips ntrx500 manager special. I like it but the screen quit working . I was told when I got it that it was under warranty through Aaron's. Now they tell me that it don't have a warranty so they can't fix it. I also got something under manager special yesterday I was told it was under warranty through Aaron's. I went back because I had a couple questions and I was then told that manager specials don't have warranty's. I am happy with the things I get there I just wish they would tell the truth before I get the items instead of lying to me just to get a sell. I like the philpips ntrx 500 but I wasn't told when I got it that it was 3 years old. And now I can't get the screen fixed.

  Unprofessional. I was told by the manager to go screw myself because I felt I was not being treated fair. I paid my bills every Friday and they were trying to get more money in allaged late fees. Monitor your payments. I have close to the same balanced owed two months later. Thank you for reporting them I appreciate that. Also mention that I've been paying on this item since October of the 16th since 2016 and they are keep adding to it instead of subtracting. And on several other occasions they have tried to get more money from Me Knowing damn well I don't have no late payments. The big bosses stepped up now they are not trying so hard to get extra money. Only 2 tried after this post. I've had nightmares from the stress they caused previously.
